As Stockland neared completion on its latest development, Norman Reach, the company was looking for a way to market the exclusive homes and apartments that were yet to sell.
Trends TV created a developers' package to sell the remaining housing, strengthen the Stockland brand and provide a marketing tool for ongoing projects.
Designed to reach a broad cross section of markets and consumers, the package includes an advertorial in Trends, an e-book with two embedded videos, and two DVDs: one about the entire Norman Reach project, and one featuring the RiverHomes within it.
